When thinking about collaborations, most creators will inevitably think about free collaborations.
Indeed, free collaborations are possibly the most popular and (for many) the most attractive type of collaboration in travel.
But there are so many more possibilities for creators to collaborate with travel brands and generate value for both sides.
In this article I’ll describe the forms of collaboration mostly used by marketers and share my experience with each one of these, both as a marketer and as a creator.
Creators will also find ideas and suggestions to re-think these collaborations with marketers’ needs in mind, and flex them to fit into their channel strategy.
Finally, I’ll share some key concepts that creators should keep in mind before starting a collaboration with any travel brand.
